| The fees are to be paid per term IN ADVANCE. All fees are non-refundable including any weeks missed for any reason. Fees are to be paid by cheque payable to New Forest Academy of Dance or by cash. In the event of late payment, the New Forest Academy of Dance reserves the right to exclude a student from the Academy until the fees are paid! |
| The enrolment is for an academic year, regardless which class the student is in or moves to. By termination, A FULL TERM’S NOTICE is required in writing; otherwise you will be billed for the following term! |
| Dancing is a physical skill. In order to help and facilitate the student’s learning, the teacher may occasionally physically guide a movement by touch. This will be in a professional manner and the intention of the contact will be made clear. |
| Uniform plays an important part in the presentation of a student’s work. It is also important that hair is placed in a classical style for all classical ballet classes so that the line of the arms and neck can be clearly seen. Students work well when correctly dressed with the appropriate uniform. This uniform can be purchased from the New Forest Academy of Dance. Orders are taken either by telephone or written orders, given to your child to bring into class. Please mark all uniform clearly with the student’s name. For health and safety reasons, jewellery must not be worn. Please nametag each piece of uniform. |
| The New Forest Academy of Dance reserves the right to replace any tutors without notice. All tutors are CRB checked. |
| The New Forest Academy of Dance reserves the right to exclude a student if we consider the behaviour of your child or yourself is disruptive or likely to put other children or Academy staff members in danger. |
