To celebrate 10 years of Miss Kayleigh Sargeant as Principal of New Forest Academy of Dance, we’re proud to officially launch our new values-led campaign:
P.R.O.U.D to be NFAD.
Unveiled at our celebration event on 7th June, this campaign is inspired by the phrase we hear so often within our walls – “I’m proud to be NFAD.”
Now, we’ve defined exactly what that pride means to us.

What does it mean to be P.R.O.U.D. to be NFAD?
P: Passion – for dance, learning, and personal growth.
R: Resilience – embracing challenges and improving with diligence.
O: Opportunity – creating chances for students to develop skills and confidence.
U: Unity – fostering teamwork, lasting friendships, and a strong dance community.
D: Dedication – the commitment dancers and teachers bring to their craft.
These five values are at the heart of everything we do – in the studio, on stage, and within our wider NFAD community.
We hope this campaign helps to express the spirit of NFAD, not just as a dance school, but as a place where young people grow in confidence, creativity, and character.
