Our aim is to bring the joy of dancing and theatre into the studio and give everyone the opportunity to learn and perform with confidence, whether a student attends once weekly for fun or is considering dance and theatre as a career, the skills acquired in class will be incorporated into many aspects of their lives.

Examinations are offered to aid education. They are a great way for students to attain personal goals and to have fun while also receiving recognition from some of the world’s largest examining bodies. The Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) accredit these qualifications. Exams are not compulsory. We also offer opportunities to perform locally as well as in our school shows.

At New Forest Academy of Dance all of our teachers spend many years gaining the experience and teaching skills to be able to proudly say that we are qualified and continue our education with our societies by completing our continued professional development and training beyond the expectations of these recognised bodies. Our staff are DBS checked, First Aid trained and fully insured.

Here at NFAD dance education is for everyone and our adults classes are no exception. Specialising in Ballet and Tap for all abilities, as well as holding Contemporary workshops through the year we can help you find the right class for you.

Also working with Kevin from Life on an Even Keel who runs Dance Fit and Ballet Sculpt classes on a Friday from The Lymington Centre. Kevin’s classes are vibrant and energising leaving you feeling great and ready for the weekend whatever it brings!
