We’re excited to be hosting a powerful and uplifting Butterfly Mind Workshop at NFAD this November – specially designed for young people in Years 6 to 13.

At the New Forest Academy of Dance, we believe that dance should be joyful, accessible — and available to every child, wherever they are.

That’s why our teachers don’t just work in the studio — they also head out into the community to deliver engaging, movement-based sessions in local pre-schools, nurseries, and other early years settings across the New Forest area.

At NFAD, the right uniform is an important requirement - it sets the tone for class, helps them feel part of the community, and ensures they can dance safely.

Over the past few months we’ve been working behind the scenes to create a site that truly reflects the spirit of NFAD and makes it easier than ever for families to find what they need. Our aim was simple: to build a welcoming, modern, and easy-to-navigate home for everything NFAD.

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new class this September: Stretch, Strengthen & Sculpt.

This class is open to everyone from Year 8 upwards, including adults.
