How to book

How to Book a Trial Class

We can’t wait to welcome your dancer to the New Forest Academy of Dance!

All new students – or existing students trying a new class – begin with a four-week trial. This gives your child time to settle in, meet the teacher, and fall in love with the class before committing to the rest of the term.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Fill in our registration form
Start by completing our registration form with your child’s age, experience (if any), and the class or style you’re interested in.

  2. We’ll Recommend the Right Class
We’ll get back to you with tailored advice on which class is the best fit, plus details of how to register for your trial.

  3. Register Online
Once you’re happy with the class, we’ll ask you to register through our secure system, Class Manager. This is where we collect your key details and set you up for the trial.

  4. Your Trial is Confirmed
After registering, we’ll enrol your child into their chosen class and send you an invoice for the four-week trial period. Payment confirms your place.

  5. Welcome to NFAD!
You’ll receive a welcome email with all the information you need – what to wear, where to go, and what to expect. You’ll also hear from us during your trial with check-ins and reminders.

  6. Ready to Join?
Towards the end of the four weeks, we’ll be in touch to help you move seamlessly into the class for the rest of the term.

How to book a pay-as-you-go class

Pay as you go classes for adults, workshops and holiday courses can all be booked directly in Class Manager via the website or app. You just need to register as per the above instructions, add and select the student attending and then book the class.

If you have any questions along the way, we’re always here to help. Just email us at hello@newforestdance.co.uk and we’ll guide you through.

We look forward to dancing with you soon!
