Strictly Lymington Returns — Will Miss Kayleigh Lift the Glitterball Trophy?

Get your sequins ready — it’s that time of year again! The sparkle, the suspense and the spectacular dancing of Strictly Lymington are back this November, and we couldn’t be prouder that our very own Principal, Miss Kayleigh Sargeant, will once again be stepping into the spotlight.

Dancing for a Great Cause

Strictly Lymington is a fabulous, Strictly Come Dancing-style competition held each year at the Lymington Centre — the home of the New Forest Academy of Dance. The event raises vital funds for the Centre, supporting the local community that NFAD is so proud to be part of.

Now in her sixth year of taking part, Miss Kayleigh will be representing NFAD as one of the professional dancers, paired with three brave members of the public who have been training hard to impress both the judges and the audience. She’ll be joined by fellow professional Kevin Thatcher, with the pair leading the charge to make this year’s competition the best yet.

A Glittering NFAD Line-Up

NFAD will be out in full force for the event! Alongside Miss Kayleigh, our talented team — Miss Amber, Miss Amy, Miss Grace, and senior student Mhairi — will be performing both the opening number and a dazzling closing sequence. Expect plenty of sparkle, showmanship and NFAD energy on stage!

Judging, Voting and Glitterball Glory

Each year, Strictly Lymington is judged by a panel of notable local figures, with the audience also getting the chance to cast their votes and help crown this year’s winners. Will Miss Kayleigh lift the glitterball trophy in 2025? You’ll have to come along and see for yourself!

Join Us for an Evening of Entertainment

This unmissable night of dance, laughter and community spirit promises to be a real highlight in the local calendar — and all in aid of a brilliant cause. Come and cheer on Miss Kayleigh, the NFAD team and the competitors as they bring the glamour of Strictly to Lymington.

Strictly Lymington is taking place on Saturday 1th November. Tickets are available now from the Lymington Centre Box Office. Don’t wait too long — they sell out quickly every year!
