About the workshop
What is butterfly mind?
At NFAD, we know how important it is to support the whole dancer – mind and body. The Butterfly Mind Workshop is a gentle, inspiring day designed to help students explore their feelings, develop resilience, and learn tools for managing big emotions, all through creative movement and mindfulness.

Thank you so much for today! It's the first time we've seen our daughter smile properly in ages. We could see she was glowing as she walked to the car. I'm really grateful to kim and hoping she can come back at some point!
