Stretch, Strengthen & Sculpt – New for September at NFAD

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new class this September: Stretch, Strengthen & Sculpt.

This class is open to everyone from Year 8 upwards, including adults. It’s designed to help you:

  • Build strength and flexibility

  • Tone and condition your body

  • Develop confidence in your movement

  • Improve range of motion for both dance and general fitness

Whether you’re looking to enhance your dance training or simply want to feel fitter and stronger, this class will give you the tools to reach your goals. The focus is on conditioning the body to support technique – helping with power, control and form in everything from kicks and turns to leaps and jumps.

Stretch, Strengthen & Sculpt is a brilliant way to complement your weekly classes, but it also works perfectly as a standalone session for anyone who wants to tone up and improve their overall fitness.
